With international, national and regional magazine and newspaper experience, Flamingo’s team is made up of passionate storytellers with deep roots in the Sunshine State.

Jamie Rich - Founder, Publisher, Editor in Chief

As an editor and journalist, Jamie has covered travel and culture around the world. Her work has appeared in national and international publications. She spent much of her professional life abroad and worked in newsrooms from The Moscow Times to The Times of London. She holds degrees from Florida State and Georgetown. She founded Flamingo in 2015.

Holly Keeperman - Creative Director

An award-winning art director, Holly has more than 15 years of experience at national and upscale regional magazines, including Esquire and American Salon magazine. A graduate of The School of Visual Arts in New York, Holly creates striking editorial layouts, directs photo shoots, conceptualizes brand elements, and ensures design cohesiveness.

Jessica Giles - Assistant Editor

A graduate of the University of Florida, Jessica brings a passion for storytelling and experience at national publications, including Garden & Gun and Dance Magazine, to the Flamingo team. Here, she generates digital content and works with talented writers to tell the Sunshine State’s stories.

Eric Barton - Senior Writer and Contributing Editor

Eric has been a journalist in Florida for two decades, including stints at newspapers in Fort Pierce, Stuart and Sarasota. His role at Flamingo includes everything from interviewing chefs to first-line editing on cover stories and penning our monthly culinary newsletter, Key Lime.

Megan Zebouni - Sales and Marketing

Fueled by a love of Florida and a penchant for people, Megan helps brands tap into the power of Flamingo’s statewide audience. The native Floridian graduated from the University of North Florida in 2018 with a degree in public relations. Now, she’s responsible for facilitating advertising partnerships and marketing initiatives that work.
